You can call it beating it to death or anything else you want to. That won't change the impending outcome, though...

You sound like the DO at Flexjet, and that's not a compliment. He's always prancing around recurrent telling the pilots how good things are coming yada yada yada but he can't tell us what they are. Don't want to steal the thunder ya know. It doesn't help, so either post some useful information or go away.
 
TMC is starting to head in the right direction. Since management won't even discuss improving the working conditions, the pilots are going to start an organizing drive. Managers are taking pilots out to dinner, at company expense, to try and convince them a union isn't needed. We will see what happens.

That's funny, FLOPS management did the Exact same thing with us when we were thinking about unionizing. Must be in the universal playbook
 
Just wait until KR starts telling them, "I am the best representative that the pilots could have"... or some similar thing.
