I have changed airlines because I wasn't happy with the one I am with.

Many of you on here should try to do the same. Life is not worth being that unhappy.
 
And that attitude is what is driving the division between the two groups.

You'll be on our scale when you come over.....with longevity. Honestly, I'm sorry you guys didn't get the immediate payraise above and beyond the new contract you got from this deal. It was a travesty that you couldn't vote on the first agreement. It was much better than what was behind door number two.
 
Yeah only another two years to go.
Pay is not the only issue. QOL, training out of seniority, lack of communication etc all add up.
 
This will eat some up for their lifetime. Its not worth it.

I agree. There are more than a few if us who are just tired and de-motivated by this and it comes over as anger and resentment.
I'm just tired of going to fricking Mexico every damn week.

Most of us on this forum were watching John and Martha King when SWAdude was flying for the Airlines, what's going on here is nothing new to him, on both sides.
 
rhum and poor lighting go a long way.
tequila goes there too...just a lot quicker.
