AirTran is not a stepping stone job for the vast majority of AirTran pilots. Yes, there are some guys who decide to move on to something else, but those are few and far between. Most guys came here with the intent to make this their career. Many of us never even applied to SWA.

We have well over 160 AT guys at SWA. That is 10%. I would hardly say they are few and far between.

Hopefully these trannies will pull their heads out of their butts sooner rather than later. It's painful to watch them with very little leverage piss away their golden lottery ticket. Take the staple and count your blessings. You could end up with jack squat.
