Every airline is running a load factor of 80% plus which is essentially full and they are turning away business--yet airline execs like Doogie Parkweiser say we have too much capacity..... I don't think so--although if you can't make money hand over fist with the flights this full then there is probably room for new airlines....

not really genius, if you can't make money at 80% load factor then it is time to raise fares, not to start another airline with underpaid workers and stiff the vendors and lessors 5 years later when they closed the doors ( remember 200 airlines have gone chapter 7 since deregulation). Break even load factors should never be above 60%.
