The only thing I owe my pax is a safe trip. I don't give a sh*t what their travel "experience" is like. Either does Greyhound. That's what they're willing to pay for, that's what they get...except it's 10 times faster

double-wides at CMH??? Think a Skybus pilot will really be able to afford a double wide??? And I dont think you'll get a good whore for 9bucks an hour either...y'all are giving them way too much credit!!

Many of you have pilot jobs because somewhere along the line, someone started an airline just like this. In fact, in many of the older ones, the equipment were older tired jets and now one is dealing with new A319's and excellent training.
This is the same mentality that says that now I have my jet rating, these little piston guys should get out of the way. Well, most of the people bitching got to where they were through pounding the sky with these old pistons. How many new airlines would ever start if they started at the pay scale that you all would like to have and consider decent.
They have a concept and are giving it a go. If they succeed, more jobs for all of you. If you do not want one, do not apply.

What an absolute joke of an airline. I just threw up in my mouth.

Don't you think they could have worked in a decent salary for their employees as part of their business plan? Do you really think their CASM would still not be by far the lowest in the industry if they paid say, at or near B6 wages?

If you cannot pay professional people in a service industry a professional wage, you do not deserve to be in business. Period.

Ladies and Gentleman... here is a good example of a management plant hanging out on FI.com just to bust your balls..

Yeah, pubs.. sure, thanks.. Skybus is doing all of us and this profession a huge favor by creating all of these jobs! Do me a favor though, ask them to stop, cause it's killing us!

$153 per trip at SWA or about $174 per hour for first year captain. That would be a good place for Skytrash to start.

Saw Skybus at, or rather lack skybust at BUR this weekend. Thier checkin kiosk was next to our WN counter, we had 3-5 PEOPLE behind the counter to assist the customer, the Skybust kiosk? Nobody there, except two skybust customers wondering what to do, the jet left without them...

Good luck skybust, as soon as the public gets some of your "service" they won't be back...
