They think the place would run a helluva lot better if they could get rid of the pilots and their contract and just keep Sales, Owner Service and IT.

This is the strategy that Wheels Up is going with. :)

It's getting to the point where we can't believe anything management tells us. Not because they want to lie to us; they ain't smart enough to come up with convincing lies. It's because everything they say is so dumb and unbelievable.

As they used to say at Delta, "It's a good thing managers don't fly airplanes!"

What about the rumor that returning furloughees will get placed directly into the right seat of the CL350 as that aircraft fleet ramps up - true or false?

Doesn't sound fair to me if true given all the more senior FOs waiting on the Encore, Beechjet or Phenom for some more leg room...
If that's the type they want people get currency on before they bail to the airlines ... More power to them

Percentage wise, these next bunch of recalls are gonna be folks bailed from the airlines. ;)

YMMV

Technically, regionals are airlines, however, they are time builders.

It surprises me that as inept as everyone in this thread thinks every single employee is at Bridgeway, that you stick around. Add to that your horrid benefits, pay, and poor scheduling. It seems everyone here thinks that those at the mothership are out to get all the pilots. Sure there are the select few who may be under par, but before you point fingers, you must realize there are some of those among your ranks too. Come sit with us for day and watch the three dimensional chess game we play every single day and maybe you'll see that most of us are actually here to support you. Sure, your particular issue at any particular time may not get handled the most efficient way, but understand the person taking care of your problem likely has 2 dozen other things going on at the same exact time. I cannot speak for senior management or even begin to think what their goals are, but those of us on the phones and sitting behind Ijet are trying to work with you. We know you're tired, a lot is asked of you, and that many of your peers are still on furlough. We lost 300 people that year too. We appreciate what you all do, yet I see us get bashed here repeatedly on this board.

Go ahead and beat me up on this post...I'm thick skinned. But if things are so bad, why do you stay?

nothing from me,

everyone in the casino was very nice and helpful during my time. it is a team and together we all rise and sink.

upper mgt. has given you rules that make us think you not helping or don't like us, I know for the most part that is not true.

Soon if we can get an RTS like team back in place the brand and the people that work there will all be better. And yes i know RTS was not great in 05 but the devil you know…...

Where do you get your knowledge...

You know who the next couple of dozen in line for recall are, and how many are ex Delta, Southwest, and US Airways?

Your insight is WOXOF

Nicely said. We are not against you. We are all in the same boat with pirate jodie. Hopefully, he is gone before he sinks our ship.
