Virtually everyone at the former NJI thinks the same way I do. By the way, not that it affects my manhood, which has always been marginally adequate, I have been flying the V for some time.

Here's your homework for today G4. Go back and look at the historical posts during timelines '07 and '04-'05. Focus on the threads that pitted NJA/NJI and report back and tell us what you found.

Hint; notice how many of the fair haired children of the time were on the same sheet of music. Compare that to today. My guess is that if "virtually everyone" is feeling the same way, they sure are awful quiet!

Better "stir that pot" some more on those long transcons, you know get the "sheep" as you say running scared. If history is any indicator you seem to be fighting a one man crusade.

I would expect them to do just that, if it made them more profitable. The job belongs to the company, not to me. This job is a trade, freely agreed to by both parties, whereby I fly trips and they pay me for doing so. They owe me nothing more than payment for what I have already accomplished. If I want job security, to OWN the job, I would need to start my own company. So, you can certainly see why I don't spend time on the union message board.

WTF are you going on about? Who's talking about job actions? All we're saying is don't cave on scope. Plain and simple. It's been explained ad nauseam to you on here. You continue to play the contrarian and no amount of reason works with you. Pretty sad actually.

Looks like we're getting managements attention. Good.

Never do anything illegal for or against the company. Maintain extreme professionalism at all times. Fully comply with the FAR's, CBA, and FOM.

I am very aware of what happens to scabs. I am also aware what happens to all of us if the company goes under. I hope this is all speculation, but I am worried about I am reading from the union side. Are you guys really not aware of how many anti union folks you let into the fold when you forced us to integrate? Are you surprised at my posts? There are lots of pilots here who are more conservative in their views than I. They don't spend time on these boards, because of the personal insults, the desire of the union crazies to only communicate in an "echo chamber", to quote a friend of mine who rarely visits this site. You ought to spend time talking with more of the large cabin Gulfstream crews when you run into them on the road, really pick their brains. You won't like the results.

I represent me. Only me. I want you to represent you. I don't claim to represent anybody else's interests, just mine. I don't try to coerce anyone into joining me, or acquiescing to my demands because I have a majority of numbers. I don't accuse those who do not agree with me of being disingenuous or dishonest or self serving or spying or being stupid or of not caring of their fellow pilots. I know they do care, their ideas of how to best secure the jobs and careers of all just differ from mine, that's all. I want us all to be free to negotiate with our employer in good faith, representing ourselves as individuals, one on one. I want our employer to act in its own best interest, freely acted upon. If NJA wants me to stay because I do a good job, and if I want to stay because I enjoy the job and am sufficiently compensated, then we have a deal. If not, they can fire me or offer me a different position or I can take another job elsewhere or start my own company. The company does not owe me a job, and I don't owe them my entire career. We are both free to execute a voluntary relationship without rancor, no warfare, no trumped up issues to alarm the sheep because there will be no sheep, only a bunch of INDIVIDUALS who freely decide to engage in a satisfied employer/employee relationship without the need of-God help us- a Leader who keeps flapping frantically in front of the flock to convince us he is "leading" us.

You ought to spend time talking with more of the large cabin Gulfstream crews when you run into them on the road, really pick their brains. You won't like the results.

Trust me when I say there were a lot of FO's then that didn't support your views and between them the fence post and I welcomed a union on the I side. Now I know times have changed and the fair haired children upgraded nearly every swinging richard on property but I somehow don't think all those attitudes have changed that much. I'm sure some but not all. Have you put your time in with the "crazies"? Might be time to get out of your own echo chamber eh?

The reality of it us if you don't like the tone and direction of YOUR Union, then by all means throw your hat in the ring and get in there and change it. If this came to pass, I'd have to look at it with a very critical eye in light of some of the rhetoric you've espoused on here.

Large Cabin meaning G Wiz has about enough crews for less than 15 percent of a vote on the next contract. Basically "0" chance to have any affect on the contract >> as long as the other 85 percent are "Paying Attention"

I flew with Eyer several years ago, and enjoyed the tour. He got a little cranky after becoming a management type, but so would I, I suspect. What is a Lupite? Cheers!

I suspect the reason that you receive such a strong reaction is because many of us recognize that your ignorance on theses issues are exactly what has led to the downward spiral that plagues the airlines and we want to protect our (and your) careers.
