Here's your homework for today G4. Go back and look at the historical posts during timelines '07 and '04-'05. Focus on the threads that pitted NJA/NJI and report back and tell us what you found.
Hint; notice how many of the fair haired children of the time were on the same sheet of music. Compare that to today. My guess is that if "virtually everyone" is feeling the same way, they sure are awful quiet!
Better "stir that pot" some more on those long transcons, you know get the "sheep" as you say running scared. If history is any indicator you seem to be fighting a one man crusade.

you dont understand. What would you say if the company wanted to terminate you because they can get someone to fly your plane for $30k cheaper than they paid you? Or I should say, they can hire someone who negotiated a cheaper rate than you?

I would expect them to do just that, if it made them more profitable. The job belongs to the company, not to me. This job is a trade, freely agreed to by both parties, whereby I fly trips and they pay me for doing so. They owe me nothing more than payment for what I have already accomplished. If I want job security, to OWN the job, I would need to start my own company. So, you can certainly see why I don't spend time on the union message board.![]()

Its getting more obvious that G4 more than likely is not a pilot or is someone just stirring up trouble.
He has no clue what happens to folks that cross picket lines.
Now I know you're either management or a paid union buster. No one is so stupid as to post this and believe it. NJA needs to find someone a bit more competent.

I am very aware of what happens to scabs. I am also aware what happens to all of us if the company goes under. I hope this is all speculation, but I am worried about I am reading from the union side. Are you guys really not aware of how many anti union folks you let into the fold when you forced us to integrate? Are you surprised at my posts? There are lots of pilots here who are more conservative in their views than I. They don't spend time on these boards, because of the personal insults, the desire of the union crazies to only communicate in an "echo chamber", to quote a friend of mine who rarely visits this site. You ought to spend time talking with more of the large cabin Gulfstream crews when you run into them on the road, really pick their brains. You won't like the results.

As for spending time with GLC crews, I have put in the time G4. I've done that legwork since '04. Trust me when I say there were a lot of FO's then that didn't support your views and between them the fence post and I welcomed a union on the I side. Now I know times have changed and the fair haired children upgraded nearly every swinging richard on property but I somehow don't think all those attitudes have changed that much. I'm sure some but not all. Have you put your time in with the "crazies"? Might be time to get out of your own echo chamber eh?
The reality of it us if you don't like the tone and direction of YOUR Union, then by all means throw your hat in the ring and get in there and change it. If this came to pass, I'd have to look at it with a very critical eye in light of some of the rhetoric you've espoused on here.

Large Cabin meaning G Wiz has about enough crews for less than 15 percent of a vote on the next contract. Basically "0" chance to have any affect on the contract >> as long as the other 85 percent are "Paying Attention"

You guys have the numbers and the power, no doubt about that. With such overwhelming numbers, I genuinely wonder why y'all react so strongly to little old me. I am just an ant in the afterbirth, to quote a villain in one of my favorite movies, "Manhunter."
I suspect the reason that you receive such a strong reaction is because many of us recognize that your ignorance on theses issues are exactly what has led to the downward spiral that plagues the airlines and we want to protect our (and your) careers.
