If you are referring to yourself as being a complete sissy... Then yes, I believe you have no integrity....

You would do the job for less and less just because you are fearful, and believe all tha BS that managements throw out.....

I'm not advocating a "burn the house down" approach..... But economics dictate what should be acceptable.... CEO's get raises and bonuses all the time when a company is doing well ( regardless if they had any real hand in it). Economy is good, NJA is making money, pilots should get a large piece of that...

End of story..

Yes I think you're wrong, and also know that you are in the very small minority...

I am not in a small minority in the GV fleet. We talk about this stuff all the time. I would be curious about the other fleets, as they are worked harder and probably have a different mindset as a group.

Not so sure...I have experienced only about 50% with your opinion. You guys need to realize that Richard ain't in charge anymore and things are different now.
I'll borrow this clip from another thread...change a couple of the names and you'll get the idea.

you're welcome......go thank a NJA union member for your wonderful job.

better yet, thank a furloughed NJ pilot or a hostage.

A reasonable post. However, my NJI job was terrific. And the Union forced us to merge. Force seems to be a large component of union activities, force and intimidation. Including sometimes on message boards. :-)

Based upon your direct observation of our current management team, not to mention their 4 pillars demand, can you say with any confidence that your entire compensation package and QOL would still be the same without the protections of a CBA that was "forced" upon you?

Correct if I am wrong, but doesn't G-4 have nearly the same package he had before the forced merger?

So Rubber Ducky, I think I get what your saying? The EMT doesn't have the "class" it takes to run this company?

They only understand nickel and dimeing every aspect of the product no matter the negative effect, as long as it is a profit!

Well what I will say is that I'll still be around when we have a different CEO. There are people in management that I truly respect. So saying the "EMT" doesn't have the "class" is not an accurate summary of my post. Same goes for some people in our union, seems some of our union representatives are helping the company nickel and dime us.

Regardless of who is doing it, Nickel and Dimeing has to stop, and it will stop. There are no more dimes and I'm not giving up my nickels. Will you?

Given that we were forced to merge and under the tender ministrations of CMH, I agree with you that things would be worse without the CBA. However, I also believe things for the NJI people would be as good financially, and with a better company culture and a better quality of life if we had not been forced to merge. Not a big deal, however, as the union seems to be reasonable, as I have said before. So I am content. Just worried a little that the union might press for too much.

:erm: That's the point you knucklehead.
What is the point? he has the same or better package?

Ignore YIP......it's a losing battle trying to help him figure it all out......
Ok thanks for the tip, I will ignore him, you are right it is hard to figure him out.
