Heard on the street, NJ is looking at recalls of 20/mo starting this year

News to me. No mention of recalls at company recurrent last month. Then again, us regular line pilots probably won't know about recalls until we're paired with a returning pilot at FSI.

I realize some of us 495 are in need of employment, and would welcome the opportunity. However, coming back to the bottom of a seniority list with no movement doesn't sound so amazing. On the other hand, $85k a year and living just about anywhere you want is enticing....

Last week, the story was more furloughs. This week, it's recalls.

Make up your minds people. I don't know which unsubstantiated rumor to spread!!!!

Furlough the guys at flex the we are about to buy, recall Nja guys ant then bring back the guys at flex. However. The guys at flex will never see the street due to a buy out of the guys over age 63.4 but not older than 71.6. Any pilot older than 71.6 with a first class med helps to lower the ins. Rates for the group :)

Maybe the rumor you heard is that NJASAP advised that they'd be more cooperative in negotiating availability if 20/month are recalled.
