Just the opposite. We're seeing line pilots of relatively decent seniority leaving the company for all kinds of airlines including Spirit and (gulp) Allegiant.
Most of the returning furloughed pilots have been riding it out at charter companies, small Part 91 corporate gigs, a few at the regionals, and a fair number that were unfortunately out of a cockpit entirely. And we're damn glad to have them back.
But I can't imagine a soul at any decent LCC or legacy airline leaving to come back to NetJets. There are plenty of reasons why the recall acceptance rate is south of 40%. And falling.
