Some Dude said:I DO NOT solve problems anymore. I only call in my times. I do not relay any info to Fort Fumble. I do NOT have the big picture according to them. I just stand out of the way and watch the walls of this place crumble. I let people make their mistakes. How else will they learn?

FamilyGuy said:Yeah, that sounds like someone we should give a raise to. You're fortunate that you dont get judged based on performance like everyone in "Fort Fumble" that you always want to bash. Just keep bumbling along in that lowest five percent, ever relying on the union to protect your sub-standard performance from true accountability.
Have you ever solved a problem? I dont think you have the character and professionalism to solve any problem, as evidenced by the garbage and profanity that you contribute here. The only way you could come close to solving a problem is if you LEAVE THE COMPANY.

Some Dude said:Your just pi$$ed because I call you out when you are not telling the truth.
Let's see, 36 posts in this thread so far (including this one), and you have 8 of them. Diesel has 3. Who's spending "time on these boards complaining and whining?"
I used to agree and think it was a simple concept until we hit the 3 year mark. Santulli then convinced me that if we want to be paid like professionals, we need to use every tool in the drawer and fight tooth and nail. If that means showing him how hard it is to run a profitable business if the pilots follow the current contract to the letter, then that's what we will do.FamilyGuy said:If you want to be paid like a professional then you need to act like a professional. Bottom line - We are in the process of removing the financial incentive these delays have given Santulli. We will take it as far as he wants to go. After the last contract he said, "You guys could have done a lot better!"
We won't make that same mistake twice.
I've never understood this line of reasoning.
I want more money, so I'll perform poorly and do everything I can to screw up the system so that the company loses money....that will make them want to pay me more...
