General,
NJASAP will vote down any type of concession. A company needs to be in bankruptcy in order for a judge to tear the CBA apart. NetJets can not afford, and will not go into bankruptcy. Owners will leave by the hundreds if that happened to NetJets. To many this is a status symbol, and they don't want to be associated with anything that has to do with bankruptcy. NetJets will shut down operations if that happens. Berkshire Hathaway, and Warren Buffet, still believes in our business plan.
Crew food is in the CBA. Not going to go away. Encore is a good plane. I'm not sure who is telling you they are maintenance problems, but your source is incorrect.
Have you ever been in one? Here is a link to the interior. A far cry from a delta jet.

Just for some perspective, here is the interior of an airliner. (Doesn't matter if it's Delta or not. They are all the same).

They are hardly comparable.
If I had to be stuck on one or the other, I'll take the Encore ANY day.

I can go on and on. Suffice to say, NetJets will be just fine. I'd worry about your own job.
