There were 52 vacancies for the 190 fo in Boston on the last system bid... AFTER the bid closed... I am assuming that those slots will have to go to new hires...

My buddy in class right now said he ran into a guy that starts tomorrow. He had interviewed on Feb 10 @ 0830. When did you interview?

How many E190 FO's should be in Boston, or are in BOS... including and not including the 52? (in other words... I'm trying to figure out if you were one of the first new hires to be the first to come on line in BOS, how far away from holding a line would you be on the 190 - people-wise)

100 right now, going to be 150. BOS 190 is by far the fastest way to a line at JBLU.
 
A guy that interviewed an hour before me on the 10th, said he got a call today for June 15th. So this is good news guys!!!!
 
I think you guys are right! Interviews from 8:30 to 4:30 and if they took about 4 people from each group that would be about 36!
 
Pretty sure they had lunch break. I was a 10:30 interview and had my exit interview right around 1145 when they were breaking for lunch. Not sure how many are ahead of us.. No phone call yet :(. Congrats to those that got called!

Any word on how many new hires are in this 15th class?

I was 12:30. Maybe about 6 or so others that interviewed where 12:30 too. I think there were so many people involved from the people dept. that they were able to keep things going all day long. Not sure how or when they took breaks but I got there at 12:15 and left at 5:15 and everything seemed to be flowing the entire time. I would guess that there are about 36 in the pool for Feb 10th also. So now the big question is how many in each class to come?
 
I got the call for the June 15 class at 1600 eastern time. I interviewed on Feb. 10 at 0930. Still in shock the call came!!!

To be honest I was so shocked the call came today. I didn't get a chance to ask. But what I'm hearing is all E-190 till August and possibly 8-10 in this class. Most of that info is from my friends in the training as we speak.
 
If I was a betting man, I'd plan on getting the E190 and going to BOS. But who bets on these things anyhow...

Congrats! That means myself and CapnVegetto are right on the bubble for a next class hopefully. Enjoy the holiday weekend and please let us know what you hear when you get down there!
 
Otto we're going to be laughing our butts off when we see each other in class, I KNOW we probably met and talked that day. LOL

We've got to be close! I'm hoping for a decent size June 29 class. I think if that happens, we're in!

you are right! Keeping my fingers crossed..oh well a holiday weekend now..time to enjoy a beverage :)

So a lot of the June 15th class is made of 8:30-9:30. Hopefully the next class is 10:30-11:30
 
just curious if the company leaves messages for class dates? I'm going to be on the road a lot the next few weeks...would hate to get skipped over a class :eek:

Joanne will leave a voice mail for you to call her back. It doesnt give you a class date just for you to call her.
