Our bonus that averaged $15,000 for captains and $7500 for first officers at flex is gone.
The reason is fuel is at a record low, flying hours are up . The end result give them a $800 bonus after taxes . This move will put over $5 million In kens pocket .
Unionize and stop the bleeding or to continue bleeding . RH lied to us and said nothing would change in terms of the metrics. Well everything changed .
One lie after another . If you make a list of all that's gone and the lies it truly is Mind boggling .

He is the best union steward you guys can have? He wants to give us Flops guys a raise but the union won't let him..He wants to buy more companies and bring back all the furloughed pilots but the union said no.

Yea, its time we wake up and realize that Bombardier is but a distant memory and we have a new reality to live with and to be perfectly honest I don't really like what I see so far.

As far as the Union, the Teamsters would not be my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice but I don't see any other option at this time. Shame on us all if we continue to sit idle and accept whatever comes down the pipe without so much as a whisper out of our collective pilot group at this once very fine company.

After what I've seen so far I'll take the Teamsters and a smidgen of control vs having no control whatsoever...
