Couple of points here to think about
1. If there moving the certificate to ROC then there has to be thought of combining everything into one. Business wise it does not make sense not too.
2. This Global and Red label nonsense is nothing but a good ol boy program and a slap in the face to the seniority system
3.this program basically is a way to push pilots to do more and be afraid to call fatigue or write up MX issues they will track the PRODUCTIVITY of every assigned plane and if one group flies a hour less then another group you will be receiving a CGF arrival
4. The uniforms are up for review..What a joke. I thought that they already had a committee from flex discuss uniform style. Thats what they came up with??? No that what KR came up with. any change will be KR decision and the change won't be that drastic from what your looking at now. as far as him having the pilots vote on style they like best you will be given 2-3 lousy choices and the one picked you will be told that the pilots picked it overwhelming
5. Hotel quality on Flops side has been going down hill drastically last few months. We been taken out of the Hilton PBI and put in a Holiday inn. Flex guys are still staying at the Hilton for now..WHY??????????
In the next 12 months at the latest we are going to be one group one way or the other and we can stand together in Solidarity like fellow professional pilots or we can fight each other like dogs..The decision is ours and the future is in our control

I assure you 1000% that the clown suit that was unveiled a few months ago isn't what the Flexjet uniform committee recommended. They recommended epaulets and other traditional uniform items and colors based on the surveys that were conducted. Yes, in the end, the committee probably had little to no effect on the process but the blowback from pilots on Yammer has apparently made them rethink it a bit. The same with dedicated crew. The first crew was suppose to have been in class on January 5th, but that didn't happen because of the uproar about the program.

Only cause their worried of the threat of FJ guys unionizing with FLOPS guys not because they are listening or care about what you guys say,think or want. Lets see when the final uniform product comes out if its closer to what KR came up with or the FJ uniform committee came up with.
Why are FJ Crews staying Hilton PBI and Flops crews Holiday inn? When we have been staying at that hilton since the day 1. Is it that they don't want FJ and FLOPS crews sharing a beer at the Tiki bar together?

Can't speak to the hotel issue because it would be 100% speculation on my part. I do know that we also use different hotels in Miami.

I remember staying at the Crowne Plaza ( now the Embassy Suites). The reason for moving was given as an issue of safety. There was a shooting at the Wendy's. Now we have a nightclub next to the Holiday Inn but don't worry, there is an armed guard protecting the hotel.

I remember flip flopping between there and the Hilton. Don't remember the shooting but do remember them saying the hilton made us a better offer. Think it was 3 dollars a night cheaper. Then the hurricane hit and bye bye Crowne..been in Hilton ever since now where in a Holiday inn Dump and FJ is staying at the Hilton..HMMMM wonder where FJ will be staying in the longterm?
