If I were a Pilot, at this point I would be asking myself. What is all this BS about. Why does there seem to be so much division and lack of trust. What possible reasons are there for a group of long term professionally employed people to want the protection of the IBT.

The reason is very simple, you trust the people that have your back and lookout for your interest.

Ask any standard BJ line person to tell you what life was like prior to the IBT 1108. The stories will enlighten and disgust you at the same time. You will be amazed that anyone continued to work under such conditions.

Forget about pay and benefits, just ask about life on the road, legs flown, working conditions, managerial response to even the most basic requests.

Trust me, you'll....get it !
