"but I have found that about 90% of those are personality conflicts that get exaggerated."

Wouldn't doubt that. But in this case unfortunately, there's no exaggeration.

Be glad to: A scab can only advance himself by taking advantage of labor disputes and walking over the backs of workers trying to maintain decent wages and working conditions.

So that's partly what a Scab is. Pilots headed to Flex are certainly taking advantage of a labor dispute - no, not a strike, but certainly something of a dispute (& engineered pretty slickly by uncle, I might add) - & walking over the backs of the (furloughed) pilots.

As I wrote yesterday, those pilots moving to Flex aren't scabs. But they sure exhibit some scab-like tendencies & traits.

Now all that being said, W, I think you hold a certain level of respect for the Flex pilots. And while I don't expect you to admit it, I hope for the sake of the Flex pilots, you'll do a little research on those people headed your way - Phenom Phil & "I've got a big belt buckle" Special (Engine Plug) Ed. What's the phrase I'm looking for? Oh yeah: I wouldn't wish those guys on anyone.

What about 3rd testicle Ted? Is he coming
this way too?

Thank You

I always try to give everyone I fly with the benefit of the doubt.

...but I will give them the benefit of the doubt like I give every new hire at FJ.

Gee. Aren't you a nice guy?

Giving them the "benefit of the doubt" and all.

So generous.

Must they bow prior to entering your cockpit?

It would be interesting to if there was a correlation between the first (out of seniority) RIF and the furloughed pilots who were not called to interview at FJ.

No, idiot.

What I am saying is that every company has those pilots that everyone has heard about even if they have not flown with them.

What I am saying is that when I fly with someone the first time I give them all the equal amount of respect even if I have heard bad things.

This is like what you are already telling us about people you assume are on "the list" that are wanting to come over to FJ.

Every one who shows up for class on day one gets treated with the same level of respect.

Should we give you the equal amount of respect Despite everything we have heard (and know) about you?

I would hope so since it would be the first time we have met SS.

Remember, you outed yourself and your last name would be hard to forget so you can drop the "I do know you" stuff.

Maybe some day we will run into each other on the road, now that would be a blast.

Look JM. I don't know what your problem is. This must be getting under your skin. I haven't called you or anyone else on this board a name. And I'm sure if you used this type of name-calling on Yammer, RH, JW or DW would have you brought to Waterview. You're better than that. I respectfully ask that you at least refrain from using such language with me. I, in turn, will show you the same respect.

Also, you have continued to deny the facts about "the list." It must truely irritate you. Let's just see how that plays out and then continue the discussion.

The list I am referring to is the pilots that everyone has heard bad things about.

Every pilot group has the list. It isn't written down, but ask anything pilot and they will tell you who's on it.

What I have been trying to say is that when I get paired up with someone on "the list" that I have zero firsthand knowledge of I give them the benefit of the doubt that the stories are exaggerated.

I have found that most of the time the pilots end up being good guys that may have had one run in with a fellow crewmember that got blown out of proportion.

Since I have never flown with anyone at options, I would rather not be told who is on the list. People have made mistakes in the past. I know I have and I am sure you have also.

Oh, and using my initials doesn't intimidate me.

I wasn't trying to intimidate you. I was trying to be a little more personal.

So much for the olive branch.

Carry on.
