Word on the street is? KR is offering jobs to active Flight Options Pilots, at Flex jet. I do not know the details, but it appears FO is trying to undermine all the employee groups both at Flex and at Options. Create division amongst members of the IBT 1108 and terminate the furloughed pilots at Options. If this is true?? Does anyone have any info?? Whoa, kind of scary for every employee of these companies, if this is how you treat people.

If 1108 wasn't so scared of a vote they would file for single carrier status merge the seniority list and the furloughed pilots would get called back. Just like KR wants.

I know one is on the seniority list and maybe another 5-6 are awaiting class dates? Someone in the know may be able to clarify more clearly. It appears that it's a backdoor way, over time, of stapling the FLOPs guys to the bottom of the Flexjet list and the more that come over lessens the power of the 1108. Just me speculating but nothing of this caliber was ever mentioned when the "separate companies" speech was given multiple times less than just year ago. And for the ones that do come over they should be required to relinquish their FLOPs seniority number.

Apparently the plan is for the FLOPS guys to get 300 time then follow the used 300's back to FLOPS. Flex gets the new 350's. Flops pilots will then get a raise and Uncle looks like a hero to his hand picked pilots.

Wrong as usual.

The active FO pilots wanted the option to transition to FJ and said it was unfair that junior pilots that were furloughed were being given the opportunity before them. Now, who is screwing the furloughed pilots?

Who told you this, or did you fabricate this to try to scare the FJ pilots? The 300s are now and will continue to be operated by FJ pilots. Even your union has started that in their fence agreement it will be aircraft specific. Last time I checked you didn't operate 300s.

The older 300s will be operated as a FO product, but flown by FJ pilots. This had been made clear several times by management. If you want to fly that coveted 300, bid over to FJ during the open enrollment period and you might get to, depending on what aircraft are available.

Right now it looks like only a Lear positions will be available, so you might want to hold off, but then again that puts you lower on our seniority list with regards to schedule/vacation/upgrade.

Your an idiot! Do you really believe this. This idea is all upper management (that's you)
