From what I was just told, your junior pilots are not going to be to happy with Moak when they find out the details of your new "improvements". Why is it that benefits can never be equally spread out to benefit all the pilots?

Well share with us please, if you do KNOW what Moak has just received from the negotiators. It is also a TA, which still needs ratification. I think most of us want good things for our junior pilots, and we are still getting planes and hiring. Please share what you were "told" by people in the know....

Why is it that benefits can never be equally spread out to benefit all the pilots?
It is needed to pay the taxes on the earlier big disbursement. These things snowball you know....
 
You may be talking about the larger pay out? Fins could be right about that. I think the raise will be the same for everyone percentage wise, and INTL override will probably go up to entice more senior people to fly INTL. INTL perdiem may also go up to allow pilots to afford foreign beers too.

Other than that, I don't know what you are talking about. Remember, FAIR IS FAIR, and you can't unteach STOOPID.
