I removed the left panel during my condition inspection both for inspection reasons but also to use rivet nuts, thank you @Cactus Charlie to secure my mesh cargo nets. I have a 4 x 9 mesh cargo net on the right panel below the door area, right hip, that is one of my favorite for my wallet, etc. I want to secure it permanently with rivet nuts. As I'm going to remove the right forward panel soon to inspect for a potential backup ignition battery upgrade, I wonder how hard it is to remove that center panel? I imagine it is just removing the pulley cover, snap rivets, and the snap rivets between center and rear panel.

Has anyone such as @Cactus Charlie removed that panel before?

I have not removed the center right panel. I used to find it unreasonably hard to remove the forward right panel. It's much easier now I have taped over the Velcro.
