Maybe, maybe not. Over the last 3 years, the air-cargo industry has seen some pretty notable successes by pilot-labor groups, and at least one collossal failure. The single common denominator seems to be unity...those groups that have demonstrated it have faired far better than those that have not.ATI, ABX, CCI are going to be whip sawed to death. I forget who posted it before but it really is a wet dream for management.
If all pilots flying under the ATSG banner are able to hang together, they'll come out of this OK. If not, there's always Home Depot.
