Why is there a AAA lawsuit?

Gotta just love these AWA U-TURN GUYS, here is a reason why, a message from them:

The entire article is below but note the mindset:

"And without a single contract, the Nicolau Award cannot be implemented. This could buy the East as much as three years of separate operations and arguably 900 upgrades (notwithstanding a change to Age 60)."

Well, there you have it. The "unofficial" U-Turn acknowledgement that they wish to inherit at least 900 upgrades that belong to the east pilots, BUT can't get their hands on them without Nicolau. And they can say that Nicolau was a windfall for the East?

Hey vtwin....you a funny man.....right.

we don't even have 900 guys that need upgrading!!!

do the math

LOL all the new guys have more time than you!

Silly Rabbit...

I stopped logging time when I was hired by the airline I retired from.

7328 is what's reflected in my logbook.

If you want an educated guestimation, It would probably be around 23,000/24,000TT...give or take.

I could total it up if I had to/wanted to...but never had to/wanted to...

Especially not for some whipper snapper on Flight Info!

If you're referring to my avatar it is in response to an AWA pilots claim to flying the 74 (one of theirs in my avatar) (complete failure as a program) and therefore they are more experienced than the US guys which I think we can all agree is a joke.

Experience is a relative term. There are some really crappy 20,000 hour pilots out there. Flying a widebody or a DC-9 doesn't necessary take more skill. Going to Europe is not a major task. I assume you are retired East?
