Smileyface,
I didn't mean to offend you. I have been in the situation you are in and it stinks.
I'll keep my opinions to myself.
My best to you and your family.
Does anyone know where I could get windshield templates for 30 series Learjets in order to make sunshades?
Or, does anyone know where to buy sunshades that fit the 30 series for a reasonable price? Cee Bailey's aircraft plastics has them for $185 but that seems a bit expensive to me.
Thanks...
Wondering if anyone knows any information about applying with Hendrick. I've seen their Saab 2000s at JQF. The operation seems pretty impressive.
I'm sure it's a high-demand position, just curious if anyone has any info.
Thanks in advance.
The funny part is watching these anti Wal-Mart drones walk into Target weekly... or did I miss the press release where suddenly Target was suddenly unionized, increased their pay and benefits above Wal-Mart's, and began pressure vendors to source from the US?
Unless you live in a Norman...
"Please remember we still have 1,469 pilots on furlough, 276 pilots have been recalled and on May 14th, the most junior seniority number was 4,437 with a seniority date of October 25, 1999."
It's not about spiting the company Lear. It's about hanging on to that number until the very last second.
If the classdate it 3 months from now -- well, a lot can change in 3 months. Why give up the number until the day my very last opportunity to go to class begins?
You want to see something funny? Watch what happens when they go back up the list with the "take it or leave it" offer and then no-show the class. I'm betting no-shows will be 50% or better on recall classes staffed on the way back UP the list.
If the class isn't until August or September, why...
doubtful
I doubt they will make it all the way back UP the APL on the current bid.
When a new bid is released, they are contractually required to start at the TOP of the APL once again.

Wonderful. Bouncing back up the list already. I wonder how long the "take it or leave it" will take to make it back up to the first "newhires" of Jan 99.
