Learjet 30 series windshield templates / sunshades

Does anyone know where I could get windshield templates for 30 series Learjets in order to make sunshades?

Or, does anyone know where to buy sunshades that fit the 30 series for a reasonable price? Cee Bailey's aircraft plastics has them for $185 but that seems a bit expensive to me.

I went to Auto Zone and got a pair of sunshades that parents put up in the rear windows to keep the kids out of the sun. I paid less than $15 for them. They have been worth their weight in gold!! You can see through them--or pull them down while searching for traffic, and they block about 60% of the brightness.
