The guidance from CALPA on this one was to fly the flight and then report to SAPA any CO code violations who would forward it to CALPA legal to address with management. Instead this guy took it one step further. Good luck to him/her.

If you guys did get a west coast base and all 3 pilot groups did merge lists, very few people at XJT who want a west coast base would be senior enough to hold it.
If anything the past 3 years have shown that being union or not has no effect of upgrade times or the amount of flying you win in a RFP. That will have no bearing on whether or not SKW votes in a union.
It's up to you to enforce your own scope, not the SKW pilots to interpret or uphold it. This is going to get worked out between you and management either through your respective lawyers or the court system.

I don't know, how do any regional pilots feel about flying mainline routes? Am I happy I'm going to be based at home now? Yes. Am I happy to be flying around my region now? Yes. Am I happy I'm still at a regional and not a major? Nope.

Let's see, the UAL JSC threatens UEX to change their jumpseat priority and this is seen as a professional request, and yet the UEX threat to protect their own jumpseats for their own people is seen as immature. Double standards all around for the UAL JSC!
