Going to Burbank on March 1st; anyone else is interviewing then or this week? I thought a little pre and post interview get together could be fun! :D

Have you considered credit consolidation? I"m going to go check out a consolidation company called "Solutions" in a few days. If your debt is mostly credit cards, it will cut your interest rate down to 4% or so. From what I understand monthy payments are very low and you lose your credit...
I did the online app a week ago and had the dean from the university I went to send a LOR directly to them. The LOR got there yesterday and I'm waiting to see. I read on a previous thread that having the dean send that LOR directly helped a guy get the interview rather quickly. Gouges show a...
Let me clarify
Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.
My resume only has my current address. I'm talking about online applications, and applications they make you fill at the interview itself.
I have never interviewed, so I do not know how that goes once you are there.
Thanks,
buck
Hi,
I read on another board thatairlines won't hire you or even interview you if you have too long of an addresses history. Is that true? That guy claimed that he didn't get an interview for a year until he just changed his applications to show only his parents address as his only one while...
Avbug, you worry me. Do you mean that you don't care about why other airplanes (and students) crash? Aren't you interested in knowing WHY planes crash, so you can learn from it and be more aware the next time you fly? Studying other's mistakes, causes, incidents, etc... contributes to...
What was the school name? I think there are a few ab-initio schools that exclusively train pilots of some European airlines that use bonanzas as primary trainers. I think one of them is in Arizona and used to train Luftansa pilots, but I can't recall the name.

inthepool,
The dude who handed me my diploma was the president of the university :D Now that would a hell of a recomendation! Joking aside, I think I will email both and see what happened. I like the idea of having the dean mailing it directly as well. Thanks for the info!
tk855,
Try...
I just did the online app with 1940/131. I don't know how they treat online apps in regards to the LOR from the dean though. I guess I will email him, and ask him to write me something so I can send my resume in regular mail as well! Thanks or the info. Oh yeah, one more question: did you...
Thanks for the replies. The reason I was asking this is because of the guy at our flight school who does all the checkouts. When I had mine last July, that's how he killed the engine on me and it made me very uncomfortable (we were over water too!) Then in the traffic he had me do a stall on...
Hi,
I was wondering where I can find the official FAA guidelines (AC circular?) about how to practice those. More precisely, I'm looking for the paragraph that says you can't shut down the engine using the fuel selector...
Thanks,
Buck
