Any low hr. Mass/NE flying jobs??

Call East Coast aero club at BED. (781) 274-6322 I think that they have the traffic reporting contract for the area. The pay sucks, but you can rack up some serious hours very fast. Don't lose faith.......

    A day in the life............

Flying is thrilling Landing is even more fun Interesting times can be had in crosswinds Get that nose straight down the runway, please High on final is not good Too fast on final is also not good Instead of letting the airplane fly you, fly the bloody plane Next to you is a wealth of experience...

    C-150 starting problem

Well, you did mention that it has a brand new carb. Did your problems start showing up around this time also? Will it start nicely on a cold start (first of the day) but not so well on a 'hot' start? Hmmm, won't start, so we better replace that starter. Hmmm, that did'nt work, let's...

    Pre-Screen (Semi-Invite XJT)

Mr. Young, Do yourself a HUGE favor and remove your post ASAP! Nothing good will come from posting all of your PERSONAL info.

PC-12 FO's Alpha Flying (PlaneSense) MHT

No he does not; He retired and moved out west. He is missed very much.

    Center of gravity PLEASE HELP!

Total Moment/Total Weight = CG Pretty basic stuff here if you are a pilot - If the weight of an item changes or its location within the aircraft (arm) then the calculated CG will change.

Comments that piss you off good.

I constantly get the "are you old enough" crap. Even got it during a ramp check after he looked at my certificate. Man, that really put me in a foul mood - till I started drinking that is.

    If I knew then...

Stop reading the Regionals section of FI.

    Info KSEZ Sedona, AZ

SEZ is a nice airport. The line guys at Red Rock Aviation are great to work with upon arrival. Like PHX said, use the PAPI if it is working (was notamed OTS the last time I was in there). The boulders on each end of the runway seem to come up and grab you on short final! The big thing that...

Where do I sign up? I want to fly an Electra so bloody bad! How much time did you get in them YIP?

    Age Min?

No offense, but no one should try to make a decision for someone else. I give him credit for following his dream at such a young age.

For you more experienced IFR Pilots

Don't worry about it too much. I had that a couple of times when I first started instrument training back in the dark ages. It will go away. Just trust the instruments and try to keep you scan going.

    Crop dusting!

Are the airplanes going overseas or are they just being parked?

    Eclipse 500

I was lucky enough to see it on the ramp in HPN yesterday. Dang that thing is tiny! Looked smaller than a cherokee 6 with a couple of prats on the tail. I'm sure it would be fun to fly, just not on the long legs. The side stick did look AWESOME, very ergonomic design. Not much legroom for...

    New Nantucket Airline

I have a good friend who is their chief pilot. He said the loads have been great and just need more airplanes (and pilots). Sure wish the commute would be easier, otherwise it could be a good part time gig.

    470N cylinders on E225 case

I have not personally heard of this company before. Just from the fact the 225 parts are becoming increasingly difficult to come by, I would say that this would be a good conversion to consider. How much time on the engine right now? The 225 is a good engine, IMO.

I can't stop laughing everytime I look at that avatar. Nice one! :D
