Right now there is no good news for upcoming classes. There is a rumor about an April class, but there has been one for Feb, and march too. So its anyones guess. I beleive management is in meetings this week with ATA, don't know if its talks about were we are headed or just expenses and such... -

hey turbo I want to clear something up. things are not bad here at all. If we look at growth yes then I would say the impression were getting is not that much if any. So its up to attrition and with ATA supposolly at the end of their hiring thing our attrition might slow down alot now...- antney

Saab 2000 is a dead deal, wont happen. CRJ or ERJ, well midway is restricted for weight and performance reasons during the summer months with full loads due to runway length, and 70 seat RJs just cant see that happening. WE have no room to park them at midway and money issues i would guess is...- antney

not to sure what the situation with the pool is. Like Mr. Fly chicago said upgrade is right around 24 months. I'll be at my 2 year mark this may, and right now im 24 on the seniority list for upgrade, give or take a few. So in reality I think it will take me longer to upgrade than 24 months... -

no it shouldnt, even though many mainliners from ATA do come from Orlando, since that once was a base. But you have choices to either Midway or Indy. that really should be an easy commute. ecspecially since its our own flights not another airline. anthony -

oh, thats news to me then. From our last info line it said the 6 new hires for the jan class are coming from the pool, maybe their just internal apps then. If nay news comes out ill definitlly post it here first, but i wouldnt imagine anything to after the holidays. Anthony -

also to add to the minimum times to be hired, it really varies, I beleive on the website its something like 1200 and 200. Which I really haven't seen anyone get hired here near that time, all less time. Seems like the total time is a must, but the multi isn't that big of a requirement... -
