I had the same thing happen to me when I was instructing. I know the pain you're going through. It even left a microscopic scar on my eye. To this day I take my contacts out EVERY night and at least one day a week I wear my glasses all day. It was so bad when I got the corneal ulcer that the...
I was in the crew room one day when 1-900 pulled out some old chinese food from that nasty fridge. She looked around and asked if it belonged to anyone and noboday said anything. I thought she was going to throw it out since it was pretty nasty......She sat down pulled out a fork from her bag...
Ex-chicken from 01'-02'. Best year of airline flying by far. Still lots of the old Dash guys at Mesa. Now that they're CLT based they probably will retire there. Too bad.

No, I don't listen to our "hip hop dancing CEO" because he is a total d-bag. I was recently in PHX doing recurrent and talked to one of the VPs who is our UAL liason and he mentioned it. Maybe reaffirmed isn't the right word, secured current flying might be more appropriate.
As for the...
Actually Mesa recently re-affirmed with UAL. Carry on.
Whatever your personal problem is with Mesa is, JRmanned, build a bridge and get over it. Give me some hard facts why Mesa has ruined your life so badly that you feel the need to constantly focus all of your rage on the pilot group...
Funny how this thread hasn't exploded into three pages. I bet if the title were changed to something involving Mesa and plywood, ipods, spikey hair, undercutting, etc. There would be people lining up to add their .02. Thanks to all those who support Mesa pilots' efforts to improve this place...
It is your duty as a professional airline pilot to not only overfeed yourself at the free breakfast bar so you aren't hungry until 5pm but to also snag some bagels, cream cheese and whatever else fits in your bag. Be bold, no need to hide it. Just take what you want like it was your own...
By reading this thread and responding to the previous posts you are acknowledging us "skum bags" (sic). Do you like your hipocracy served hard boiled or sunny side up?
I am, however, 100% certain you would speak to or acknowledge a Mesa pilot if you needed a free ride somewhere.
PHX has and will always be the most senior base at Mesa. There are some fairly new FO's getting awarded CRJ in PHX after about 6 months. New hires going to all the other domiciles. I don't think there has been a CA award in PHX in almost a year (domicile has shrunk since 900's went to CLT).
A couple years ago in there was a place in CLT that would give crews free refills on coffee. There was this one cheap CA that would buy a cup and keep it for about 3 weeks or so until it finally broke or he left it at home. He denied it the whole time. He left the crew room one day and...
To the original poster, if you need Mesa passes PM me and I can get you some of our buddy passes. I have some that expire at the end of this year and you are welcome to use them.
