To the extent APA multiplies their hostility toward USAPA, they magnify both the prescience and the necessity of MB.

If the APA had no hostility toward the federal statute that they helped spawn they wouldn't be asking a federal judge to repudiate his authority to decide its applicability, and instead to compel an arbitrator to decide the issue that properly belongs exclusively to the court.

If you mean to imply the APA and other stakeholders are advocates of Federal Statutes, then why are they requesting a Federal Judge to abdicate his own exclusive authority to apply MB, to whatever extent is appropriate, and to instead compel an arbitrator to carry that burden?

And if the strategy is so failed, why are you guys selling $20 ties for $675?

You have a written receipt proving you paid $675 for a tie, and you get to wear it around your neck. But you have nothing in writing to prove your supposition about lost opportunity costs, other than a Leonidas publication sent to addresses that were stolen, causing the company to buy Lifelock for all.

Just admit it though, this isn't about ties or Lifelock, it's about upgrades and wide bodies, and that's why you guys have paid Marty millions trying to get them.

We all make our own choices. We have kept our DOH, we didn't sue anyone to keep it, and our opponents paid the legal fees for both sides. It is what it is and nobody predicted it would happen this way, just like no one can accurately predict what the future holds, accept the lawyers will likely have jobs for a long time.

The court isn't the dentist office, thus there are no fillings, except for the vacancies of each new East or APA perm bid.

After years and years of seasoned lawyers filing blusterous but ineffective legal briefs, its good to have a new fresh perspective birthed in inexperience and confident enthusiasm. All aboard!!
