I applied to Jetblue because XJT was headed down the ********************ter. I also politely turned down a JB Interview (I would have went if I was still at XJT). I just found it rediculous that guys on here consider JetBlue "above" Spirit, yet you call me cocky? It's ok though, the jokes on them. There are NUMEROUS things in the CONTRACT that allow a lot of money to be made on Soft time/conflicts etc, I'm not going to list every single one of them on here.........

PS. I didn't bring Spirit I to this thread, Splert did ;)

That's so cool dude. Man I wish there was money to be made on soft time at JB. I have never made any money on soft time/conflicts at JB. Can you please list them all so maybe I can learn how awesome soft time can be.

FYI. 190 CA went way junior. Like 1900's out of however many we have 2400? Lots of guys passed. 320 CA went pretty low too. Feel free to speculate on reasons. I'm 7 years in and 90% gonna bail.

Because people don't want to be on reserve?
This never happens at real majors......
You could hold captain, why didn't you go for it?

Same here no soft time at all.
hmmm this month 17 days off 72 hours of block credit 97....nope no way to make money at jetblue....only Spirit man.

142 hrs of credit and 31 hrs of block, 19 days off. Would you like a screenshot of Flica?

:)

Oh ya. Well my **** is bigger than your ****.

Seriously dude. Get yourself together. You are embarrassing yourself and your coworkers at Spirit.

After 7 years atBlue your going to go sit on the bottom of. 12,000+ list? I would imagine a large majority of the issues at Jblue are because the lack of a CBA. Do you guys really not have the majority of pilots over there willing to vote in a Union? I know it was turned down twice but that was a few years ago, a lot has changed

The math is simple. I have 30 more years till 65. I move only 60 numbers in ten years. I'll roll the dice somewhere else that's gonna stay in business

Bingo! I'll never sit reserve at Jetblue. The work rules just suck too much and type of flying. All we re protected by is FARs. I just flew a trip with a 14:45 scheduled duty day. And the difference in pay fron a line to reserve is joke. I like my life, not NY.

But wait, splert says that if we just get a union and better pay, you will move up way more than 60 numbers in 10 years. We will then be equal to UAL and DL in all regards, including career movement.

Hey just so I can plan, when are we going out of business?
Everyone can do what they want and I understand why you would leave, but guys saying we are going out of business is a joke. Yup no way other airlines might die just jetBlue.
