Yeah right! It was you who was trying to offend by making the glorified bus driver statement, not me. I was just making the point that if we are glorified bus drivers, then what does it make a person who dispatches glorified bus driver.
I'll put it in terms that even PBRStreetgang would understand. I'll help you get the poop from point A to point B, but it's still you who is driving the poop.
And you are not getting this point either. But I'll try to point this out to you as we'll but my suspicion is that you will make another strw man argument. But the point is that just because there has been no certificate action, does not mean you are perfect, have never made any mistakes, or are better than anyone else. Get it now?
Got it, we should be making even more mistakes than we do now to catch up with the rest of the industry. Noted, and I will run it up the ladder to see what we can do.
I suspect you don't get this one either. I'll just give you a hint on this one and see if you are bright enough to figure it out. It has NOTHING to do with the DOT's definition of a major airline. Do you know what I'm talking about now? If you do, please let us know.
Your airline's name has to be the one with the biggest lettering on the side of the aircraft? So what is the definiton of a regional? Does it entail flying routes like LAX/SFO? ORD/ATL? DEN/IAH? Here's some good regional routes for you...PHX/DSM, DEN/YMM, SLC/MSY, IAH/BFL, SFO/AUS, ORD/MSO, IAD/COS, LAX/TUL, MSP/PSC
Somehow you are better because you fly to "technical" airports, whatever that means. So I baited you into listing any international airports IF that's what makes you dispatchers feel better. Some Skywest dispatcher answer, hence it does make you dispatchers feel better. In other words, its not about international airports. That's just some random example I picked. I could've said mountainous airports instead. And I'm positive some Skywest dispatcher would have posted a list of all the mountainous airports that Skywest flies into that xjt doesnt.
You guys keep proving it over and over again.
My point is this...are Southwest dispatchers worried about having to dispatch a flight into/out of places like ASE, BTM, MMH, EGE, SUN? How about their pilots? No and no. Are Southwest dispatchers and pilots worried about flying into/out of international destinations? No and no. But you are going to somehow try to tell me that they are better than us because they dispatch/fly a bigger plane for more money?
That's great! I'm glad you have pride in your work. I do too. But that doesn't mean you have to doushe bag about it.
Are you sure about that, because all you ever do is bitch about your job. I'm pretty sure that makes you the bigger ******************************.
By the way, I've never said and will never hear me say any slurs about Mormons (I have friends who are Mormon), or that st George is small and isolated (although it is but that is not a bad thing), or that you are failed pilots. I don't believe or agree with any of that. I welcome dispatchers making the pilots job easier.
Then you completely contradict yourself. You almost had me there for a second.
So are you saying that they use that as koolaid as well that they feed Skywest employees?
I kinda caught the dumb from reading your drivel, but I believe he is trying to say that SkyWest is obviously doing something right when they have aircraft in their fleet with the tail numbers: YV, AS, CA, BR, PQ, AG, QX. Name me some regionals flying around with aircraft that have tail numbers that end in SW or SK.
