No offense man, but saying my defunct airline got me a hotel for my interview doesn't exactly make a great point. They got you a hotel/transport/2 meals, but did they deposit a pay check in anyones account to pay for Christmas presents this year. My regional airline got me a hotel for my interview too, but they also started guys at $19/hr. I am not saying that JB shouldn't pay for interviewies hotel rooms, but your logic is a bit flawed.
I would go with: If JB really CARES (2nd value) about potential new employees they should get them hotel rooms.
