Is that why we have had a bit more participation from some EBoard on the furloughed msg board the last 2-3 days?( I don't know who was ousted or who was up for election or anything like that)

Maybe trying to get some last minute words in before leaving office?

Mark Luthi has just gone and thrown ALL of his loyal team under the bus by not having a recall election in accordance with the bylaws!!

Way to go "leader"!!

What is the "President's" Perspective looking like now?

Luthi's boys took an old-fashioned beating today. It's only a matter of time before he receives the same. The pilots are cleaning house. It's about damned time.

Yep and more to come from what I hear!

Many of you need to look at this mess in more detail.

Its all about Section 6 negotiations start next year.

That's what important.

Hey congradulations! Now you can take a neophyte union leadership into negotiations next year.

Big win for your management. Big loss for the NJ pilots and fractional industry pilots in general.

Just like Walker said. "Devide and conquour.".

Negotiations? HA. The company has already changed our contract and our union leadership sat there and let it happen (and we weren't even in negotiations). The union has been too afraid to send anything to arbitration so instead we just take it. Besides, just because leadership has had a shake up doesn't mean the negotiations team has changed..

And regardless of the pro or anti luthi stance, I think most pilots will join together if/when the time comes. Do you think if this country was invaded, the democrats and republicans would split, or join forces and obliterate the invaders?

I agree with you on the union letting some things in the current contract go but when you have a pilot group afraid of a picket what do you expect?

51 % is what they need to get what they want. They already have 10 percent of the vote locked up. It comes down to 41% of the group. Who will cave???
