How does this delay tactic benefit Kasher?

Kasher is employed by both parties. I doubt he cares at all about the delay. Something tells me his employers would rather drag this out. If USAPA has been fluent in any language it's the language of delay.

Very funny but I thought arbitrators were experienced contract lawyers who offered their services to corporate disputes and were very nicely compensated for that. I didn't know there were companies with a crew of arbitrators for hire. If this is the case than maybe boss arbitrator is getting leaned on to delay his decision by some nefarious person but I really can't think of any reason that would benefit Kasher or his employer.
