It's called career expectations lady. Any arbitrator would look at that. If the largest thing your airline had was an RJ, it would be placed below everything larger. When ASA and Comair were bought, the smallest thing Delta had was a 737-200, and the biggest thing they had was a BAe-146 (5 allowed) at ASA, and CR7s at Comair, all smaller than the 737-200. Your opinion is WRONG.

Thanks Rosie, but I wrote that, and you do need a history lesson. Your points are consistantly wrong, and you need to go back to your regional board and ASA threads where you feel more comfortable. Oh wait, you are a DL pilot.......riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Or a lav dumper.

No it's called SWAPA, the culture killing machine. If everyone signs an agreement to follow the SLI procedure via a certain way(negotiate, then mediate, then arbitrate) and then not follow it, with management actually siding with one side and pressuring the other (maybe with certain retired individuals), then that can kill something special. People don't forget that.

My point exactly .........Management steps in to keep a group of pilots from fighting over the definition of is is and get this deal done in the best interest of the COMPANY.....remember they are the ones that write the pay checks !!!!! not ALPA and you guys cry that you were not able to drag this into the courts for months or years.....

I have no doubt that some if not most of you will never forget, will never be happy here, will find fault with all things SWA, will bitch and complain and in general make those of us that were HIRED miserable. You guys got a big raise, or had a shot at it until ALPA F ed it up for most of you and now because you did not get everything ALPA promised your mad.....

GMAFB please and get the PDC and push call and STFU.....forever please.

If its that bad a deal coming over here then please VOTE NO and see where you end up next.

Out of morbid curiousity, how did you vote Vixen? Once we finally get this deal behind us what advice do you have for your new brothers and sisters? Have you considered volunteering your talents to be some type of an ambassador to the AirTran pilots. Perhaps when we go through transition training goji could come in and give a motivational speech or something. That would be special.

I guarantee Lyinvixin will be getting a call from prostans as soon as the deal is done. If SWAPA has that committee, that is. Considering the BS you boys toss around here, that's extremely doubtful.

Madjack, our DOH's are two months apart. You will occupy the 737 seat I am vacating. Can't you just smile and be happy? Heck I'll be your sim partner if it makes you happy?
