just hire new ones out of school. There is as much chance that a mechanic would stay at a regional as there is a pilot when a mainline position is offered.
 
Let's see...management is:
1. hiring mechanics
2. bringing in contract Bombardier techs
3. bringing in Delta contract mechanics (former ASA mechs who got hired at DAL)

So no, that's not really 'doing nothing'.

They lost 50 mechanics to Delta in ATL this quarter. That's 25% of a shift!

Do you have any solutions to propose?

What do we have to do to get ASA pilots to realize the world does not revolve around them?

If you hate ASA so much, get the F!!! out. I am tierd of your wining.
