Please.....no DTW base! This is gonna just mess us up more. There are probably 10-20 pilots this would benefit. The rest get hosed, and if you want to eventually get the 700 in ATL.....you are SOL!

Too late for begging man.

Yup. If they go 90 deep into the 700 on the captain side you're talking low 300's senority numbers with '99 new hires. The guys who will really come out ahead on this are 1. people that live up there or close to it 2. junior captains who already commute and can get to DTW easily 3. senior fo's that haven't upgraded yet but also live up there or are willing to commute.

The really junior guys in IAD and ATL who don't want to get forced out of their current seats may really get screwed here when they have no choice to go to DTW. The guys in the 120-160 range now on the 700 who have a decent cushion and can hold most of what they want on the 700 are gonna be on reserve if they chose to stay on the 700 in ATL. Anyone over a 2002+ newhire will have little chance anytime soon to get to the 700 in ATL if this goes through.

If they put 90 crews up there, I would guess they could find 40-50 that would willingly bid it, but the others would be inverse senority displacements. There will be way more people pissed than happy about this for sure. That's my take.

ASA is losing money at the moment. Understand that the ASA operation is not profitable. Why? Probably because of our Maintenance department, but more so because Delta just lowered our fee for departure.

Can you give a link to an SEC filing showing that ASA is or has lost money?

Can anyone prove that Joe Merchant has not suffered some kind of severe brain damage?

-Putz.

I have 1,959 forms of documented evidence that proves crj567 no doubt has suffered some kind of severe brain damage.

You figure out how to bid yet? Don't want to jack up your schedule two months in a row because you were too busy whining on FI

And I have a 1,000 signature petition that affirms 777forever's avatar is HOT!!!

My question is how can the current number of ATL positions be maintained with only 24 additional positions if DTW is going to have 56 crews.
