I applied to Compass Air Lines earlier this year and updated my application last week. I know they're hiring, but they haven't call me. I also faxed them my resume. Is the fax number on the site aviationinterviews.com correct?? Any idea what are they're looking for??
All the replies is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

They have been hiring, but not very many (maybe 18 in the past three months).

I have no clue what they are looking for but there are a lot of unemployed pilots out there. If you think you stack up favorably against most who are currently furloughed you may want to have someone look at your resume. Maybe it needs to be reformatted?

Good luck.

hahaha....nice ly do ne.

Don't hold your breath for a call from Compass. There are tons of internal recommendations that have been given to the CP office and even they aren't getting a call. I wish you good luck but like I said, don't be suprised if your phone never rings.

You could start by learning to speak proper english. Makes a resume look fairly sh!tty if your writing resembles that of a 3rd grader. If you are a Lear 60 captain why do you want to go swing gear on a jumbo shrimp for 19 grand a year? I smell flame bait.

Wow. It sounds like getting on at Compass is almost as hard at getting on at a major.

Compass may be the only airline hiring right now which makes it a tough job to get. If any major were hiring it would be harder. It'll turn around...always has, always will (I hope).

Hi!
I have an internal recc, and heard nothing.

It IS like getting hired at a major, more or less, unless their status changes.
