Actually its so good ... it makes me believe that there will be no growth in the Fractional Industry for a very long time.... At least that is what company analysts must believe....

I think it is a double edged sword.

YUP much agreed--
As long as socialism reigns, and transparency becomes more and more of a public issue, I only see this segment of the industry sinking further.

If it is so incredible, one must wonder why there is such a movement from getting it posted here...hmmmm

I think the spin on here will be quite contrary to the realities of the economy and the status of the 401k accounts of many close to retirement age.

There's a lot of people on here saying "If only I was older, I'd do it..." Projecting your will onto others, will not change the realities and fears in this economy and especially this profession. Add to that multiple ex-wives for many, kids in private school, college, and paying for weddings....all in a very uncertain time...you'll be surprised at how few actually "jump" at these alleged (and unseen here) perks.

Just reality speaking....

while it is not being posted on here for some idiotic reason, it is available to read.

At first glance, the 34 pages of options, FAQ, examples etc is comprehensive to say the least.

I think Gunfyter is "right on" with most recent post. As a fractional pilot, i am very concerned for the industry as a whole.

Congratulations guys. Now that's the way to handle staffing reductions. Very classy.

I hope it works out so that everyone gets what they want and no one is furloughed.

For those who have seen the product published on NJASAP website ....

It is amazing the to see the professional quality of the product produced by the NJASAP union volunteers aand just imagine the meetings research and work that went into negotiating such deals.

This level of Quality Service and professionalism is what NJA pilots have grown accustomed to receiving from our Union... and its volunteers.

Union dues are the best monies I spend every month....

I just downloaded a pdf copy off the public website that i got by googling NJASAP.

Why in Pete's name would you not want to discuss this document on this supposed info board when clearly it something new and unseen in aviation history?

amazing...

I have the feeling that some of the NJ pilots want to make sure that all of them have had a chance to thoroughly read and discuss the package first. Think of it this way: they've been waiting patiently (some anxiously) for a month for a new movie (filmed in CMH) to come out. They don't want to hear all the best parts picked apart in reviews before they've all had a chance to see it and savor the accomplishment as a group.

While I do respect that possibility, I hope that the proposals will be advertised enough to influence other companies and show them that there is another way of doing business. Teamwork is the way to go.

When I looked last night, it was behind the password wall. That's why folks weren't posting it; it was in the private, members-only area.

That is apparently no longer the case. Discuss away...

it isn't being discussed in FI.com because of all the retards who have nothing better to do than bash others behind the curtain of a discreet username.

It's these same retards that either are too retarded to be qualified enough to work here or already blew the interview.

Then there are the other retards that have no idea what it is like to work for a great company, so they have to be negative all the time. And can't believe that two groups can work in unison to better a company during a time of turmoil.

IMO that's why it isn't being discussed here. We have our own website to talk about it. If you have an honest question that may help your situation out at YOUR company then feel free to ask. They're might be some one at NJ that's willing to answer them.

But given the nature of this website and posts from many over the last year saying NJA is doomed etc. I have no doubt we don't care much for all those that say "spill the beans".
