You cannot do anything but bend over and take it if you work for a regional. Your company's mission is to feed its trunk carrier. It will always have terms dictated to it unless it wants to go it alone like Independance Air. I am certain Joe Merchant will be on shortly to blame ALPA.

Bend over and take it? No. Storm the castle with guns ablaze demanding everything under the sun? Doesn't work either. It is what it is.
 
This is the LOA that has been talked about lately. The DAL management accepted it in whole. It is part of our contract.
