I agree with the atmosphere, but not on the legroom. Unless you're paying extra for United's "Coach Plus" or whatever the hell they're calling it, United has less legroom than SWA. (UAL is typically 31" in Coach; sometimes 32". SWA is 32-33".) Sad as it is, that 1-2" makes a big difference in comfort.
I detest riding on UAL, to the point that I route all those frequent-flier miles to US Airways.
If you don't even know what it is called....Economy plus....(is what it is called)...how do you know the measurements of the seat pitch????
