It seems clear to me that we directly identify APAAD (Airline Pilots Against Age Discrimination) as one of the extra-union forces that pushed for age-65 and it wouldn't be much of a stretch to call it's members "scabs" in light of the impact their actions will have on so many of us. Perhaps we should move to begin treating them as such.
So any pilot who advocates raising the retirement age to 65 is now a scab? Did you know that ALPA originally opposed the age 60 rule when it was first proposed - did that make ALPA "scabs" at the time????
