Why? She has no case. If a restraunt can deny service based on attire, so can SWA. This is not about Freedom of Speech. I am sure even on the ticket it says that any unacceptable attire may mean refusal of service. She can go back to her trailer park and gleam on her 30 seconds of fame for the rest of her life.furlodpilot said:I can see the lawyers circling our wagons now!
This computer won't let me watch video. Describe the shirt please.Stifler's Mom said:SWA will probably save money by booting her off the flight anyways. Her ticket was probably $200, and from the looks of her fat ass, I am sure that 737 would burn more than that in fuel just to get her in the air.
Where did you go to law school "counseler"?WatchYourElbows said:Does the ticket STATE the dress code? If not, she will win the lawsuit. A restaurant states their dress code outside the establishment.
Tell us again how you know this? With 100000 hours of flightime I dont think you have anytime to do anything else.WatchYourElbows said:She did NOTHING illegal. She'll win if she sues.
2000 dead bodies? What the hell are you talking about? The president has 2000 dead bodies? Where? In the Rose Garden?WatchYourElbows said:Don't know about you....but I'd rather have a stained dress than 2000 dead bodies. Which president has been more harmful to this country???? Don't go there.
