The news reports said that the "pilot" had sat in the jumpseat. Gate agents don't generally bring JS riders to the cockpit and direct them to sit in the jumpseat. Reports also said that the gate agent removed the "pilot" but mentioned nothing about pilot involvement.

If you have more details other than what was reported in the media, please elaborate.

The difference between Seham and Marty is that Seham was smarter.... Well, no that's not true... Both made plenty of money... The only difference between Seham and Marty is that Seham was right and delivered. :D
No, in all cases the judge made the distinction between actual versus threatened harm. They have never judged the merits of the Nic (like Seham wanted to do) only the responsibility that USAPA has to not harm the west. USAPA has chosen to do nothing. How does that make Seham right? If USAPA actually implemented a DOH list that stood up to court challenge, then you may have a point. As it is you're just confused and looking more than a little ignorant.

Seriously? You used a 4th grade reading comprehension news paper article (and not specifically aviation related) on this board as a reference to publicly accuse those east pilots of letting a fake pilot ride the jumpseat!

Too bad that the company's and your all time FAVORITE union's internal investigation came up with quite a different version on what you boasted on this board. The information was available to all actively employed pilots.

I am really amazed at your selective level of ignorance. Want me to dig any further?

Details? What investigation? What union for that matter? Otherwise it's your word (and the reputation of east pilot's ignorance) against the newspaper.

Not sure which article you were looking at, but all the ones I read said the pilots "became suspicious" after he couldn't work the jumpseat. It was the police that "escorted" him off the plane. (And then they promptly arrested him).

I know you won't accept this as fact, but you can read the USAPA Security Update from 31 March 2013 for more details. Interestingly, it matches the company's short explanation as well.

So? The Nic was never on trial.
Please don't tell us you didn't know this. See why you can't trust McKee to tell you everything?

No the fairness of the Nic has never been what the DFR trials have been about. Seham and Slime-ansky kept trying to bring that up, but they have been shot down every time.

So all this time you've greenlighted the bankruptcy (both moral and financial) of your union in a pursuit of which you don't have the slightest understanding? Did you ever question the wisdom of the landyard campaign? How about the Full Pay to the Last Day?

How about anything?

USAirways and USAPA were the defendants on trial for DFR and breach...Or did you forget? :D

Donate now! Victory imminent... Really this time will be the winner! :)
