what does AWA have to do with Mesa? I only know a handful of AWA guys who worked for Mesa. I would think we have far more ex Eagle pilots than Mesa guys... The grievance was actually stopped/denied by USAPA. It was only AFTER they were served with the DFR lawsuit that they restarted it.

In fact it was USAPA standing with the company saying that the furloughs were okay by them. Separate ops and all. Guess DOH only applies it it helps Bradford et el. Just ask the Empire guys.

Nice try at revisionist history though. I would expect nothing less from UCRAPA .

The question? Will the east pilots accuse Judge Wake of being "a senile old man" if he rules with the plaintiff??

This is going to last, at the very longest, 17 more months. USAPA is doomed one way or another. It's either BK, thrown out on their asses in the next election, or another merger.

Maybe so... However you may want to envision a ruling otherwise known as a permanent injunction wherein the nic is implemented. You may choose to appeal (all the while nic functions as planned), however, realize Judge Wake completely understands the appeals process (check his professional resume! pretty impressive! Oh! and look! he was an appelate Judge.) and would be remiss to rule in such a way as to further frustrate some sort of conclusion to this mess.
