I agree completely. This used to be a good forum. General, you used to debate on here too. Unfortunately you seen to be in this preaching mode which is hardly debating. It gets really old.

I give opinions, and I give advice. I probably get a couple or three PMs a day asking for hiring advice. As far as preaching, I do give differences between airlines, which anyone can debate, that I think potential job seekers would like to know prior to throwing in apps. There are a few on here that try to avoid topics by throwing out cheap slams, avoiding debate because they simply can't do it.
