Given that the Citation II pilots seem to fly a lot less than their Beechjet colleagues (fleet used less from what I have read), are they just destined to make a lot less under the new pay program? Why stay if you are a Citation pilot? Wouldn't the Citation pilots be trying to jump over to the more active Beechjet or Hawker fleets?

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

i dont know but it wouldnt surprise me--- they'd prob have to weigh their day rate vs unemployment and time off to come back

Even though we had a reduction in force, we have plenty of pilots willing to fly on their days off to maintain the staffing of the fleet. Those pilots that are willing to fly cover the reduced staffing levels on their days off will be rewarded with an increase in their merit levels.
