How do you guys do it in places like Ottowa, Toronto, Montreal; Canada when it is winter and I mean WINTER say - C Plus windchill?

Do you realize that all those cities are far south of Fargo, ND; Grand Forks, ND and much-much more mild in climate? I bet you're one of those folks who think that as soon as you cross the boarder the temperature drops 20 degrees.

Male or female if the FO refuses a legitimately assigned task it's called insubordination and in my mind grounds for being removed from the trip. Let the CP deal with him or her. My concern is is they refuse that simple duty what else will they fail to perform?
