Asuming (assuming) your (you're) correct with the law, then I'll write my senator(Senator) and ask him to amend the constitution (Constitution) to allow congress (Congress) to overturn a supreme court (Supreme Court) ruling.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic here...

The ruling was by the SUPREME court...congress cannot over-rule them. You would have to pass a constitutional amendment, and the requirements for that are very, very hard to meet.
